Integrity

Imagine a tall building without pillars supporting it on the inside, or a house built on sand. I wouldn’t like to be found in such unstable buildings because their integrity it questionable.

Integrity is the state of being whole or undiminished or soundness of moral character.

Many problems we as Christians face today is the fact that we are not the same person inside and outside we have been divided between the Word and the world, we lack integrity. I read a quote somewhere that said if the light that is shining on you is greater than the light inside of you, then the light that is on you will destroy you. We already know that as Christians the light is always on us, the world is looking at our every action waiting for any mistake we make, this is why integrity is important. A Christian with integrity will not behave outside of Christ no matter what situation they face & no matter how others treat them. Just like Job, a man who lost everything remained in God because what he had inside him was greater than the things that were afflicting him. Job remained true to God and he stuck by his morals even when his wife told him to drop his morals.

The bible says the heart of man is desperately wicked so let us aim to have a heart that is more like Gods. Wherever you go, stay true to who you are in Christ and let Christ be the pillar of integrity and the foundation on which you build yourself on.

God bless and have a great week!
