Eros or Sexual love, does this have anything to do with true love? No because sex can occur without an iota of love, happens all the time with them one nightstands and love can exist without sex.
Eros on it’s own has no regard for feelings or desires of the other person, it is only after personal interests.

For the unmarried people, God gave us as part of His 10 commandments not to commit fornication so Sexual love outside marriage asides it not being true love, it is a sin. There are other ways of expressing you love people like praying with them, being there for them, etc

For the married people, sex should be an expression of love and it is ordained by God for just married people just like when you are playing a game and get to the next level, you get bonuses and all. Adultery is a no no.
Remember, “if you love me, you will keep MY commands.” – John 14:15 And those are part of His commands.
If there’s any way you have fallen short, just kneel before God and ask for mercy and do your best with the help of the Holy Spirt to live right.
