So I learnt something very recently that I am excited to you share with you so we will take a day off our love series(btw if you haven’t been following that, just go 3 or 4 posts back and start. I pray the Holy Spirit ministers to you as you read)

It’s on this issue of being born again. “Nicodemus said to Him, How can a man be born when he is old? Can he enter his mother’s womb again and be born? Jesus answered, I assure you, most solemnly I tell you, unless a man is born of water and even] the Spirit, he cannot [ever] enter the kingdom of God.” John 3:4-5

What does it mean to be born? Can mean to be brought into existence and when one is born, he take all his qualities from the people he or she was formed from and it goes beyond physical qualities, spiritual too. So apparently we initially inherited things from Adam like sin and all because we are all from him. We also know that human beings by ourselves, we have limits. We can also see two types of birth according to the passage, of water – which I believe is the normal birth and of the spirit – which is being born again. We have touched born of woman/water a bit, let’s talk about born again.

So going by that understanding of what it means to be born, when we are born again, we are born of the spirit of God and we take our qualities from God. Some of the qualities of Characteristics of God is that;
He is limitless.
He cannot lack, etc

So when you are born again and when you have the understanding of these, these qualities begin to manifest in your life.

Let’s most importantly remember He is Holy – one of the major qualities of God so we have everything we need not to walk in sin, it’s just a matter of understanding these things and walking in this understanding.

Perhaps you want to live a holy life and all these qualities of God and you haven’t given your life to Him, just ask God for forgiveness of sins and that He fills you up with his spirit.

God bless!
